Here’s how:
- First, read over the rules below to make sure that you will are a good fit for our market.
- Second, fill out the form application form below if you are a new vendor or if you are a previous vendor with changes to your products or business.
- Third, wait to hear details from Paige.
2013 Serenbe Farmers and Artists Market Schedule and Rules
Please note dates and times have changed this year!!
- Regular Saturday Markets
- Dates: Saturday, May 4th until Saturday, August 3rd (14 Saturdays)
- Hours: 9 am until 12 pm
- Vendor fees: $20 per booth if paid day of market
- Advance paid vendor fees: $60 per 4 markets
- Records kept on a punch card (can use 4 market visits for whole season and purchase next card when 4 visits are complete)
- Special Event Markets
- Dates: 4th Saturday of the month August thru November (4 Saturdays)
- August 24th, September 28th, October 26th, November 23rd
- Hours: 9 am until 1 pm
- Vendor fees: $25 per booth
- Advance paid vendor fees: $80 per all 4 special markets
- Records kept on a punch card
- Monthly markets will draw large crowds with live music, special celebrations, and will be published in many local calendars and newsletters
- Dates: 4th Saturday of the month August thru November (4 Saturdays)

TO BECOME A VENDOR
a) Fill out a membership application
- Previous vendors do not need to fill out the market application unless something about your business or operation has changed
b) Receive notification from the market manager that your application has been accepted.
c) Be in good standing with dues.
WHAT YOU CAN SELL
Food (raw or prepared), plants, art, crafts – that you create.
a) Vegetables, flowers, herbs, and fruits must be certified naturally grown or certified organic.
b) Vendors selling edibles must have proper USDA certifications or licenses.
c) This is a producer only market. We do not allow resale of any product.
DETAILS/RULES
a) Vendor spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft
b) Vendors must be at market by 8:45 am to be ensured a spot.
c) Booths must be set up and ready to operate by 9 am.
d) Submit your weekly booth rental fee to the market manager by 10 am each week (at the Serenbe Farms booth).
e) After loading and setting up before market, vendors must park in the lot behind the market area to allow accessible parking for shoppers.
f) The four permanent market booths will be reserved by the following priority (as it is important for us for all four of these booths to be filled each week):
- Vendors committed for the whole market season and seniority with the market
- Vendors committed for the whole market season
g) You must provide your own table, tent, packaging materials, change, and anything else needed to conduct business.
h) All vendors that wish to attend the market must fill out an application. Once you are accepted, reservations are not needed, however, if you let us know you are coming, we’ll ensure you a choice spot.
i) If you wish to be insured, you must provide your own coverage. Serenbe Farmers and Artists Market is not responsible or liable for vendors or vendors’ products.
