Farm to Table
With the growing local food movement, more and more restaurants are finding value in supporting local organic farmers. The decision to purchase the freshest and finest food is an easy one for our restaurant supporters that are focused on taste instead of shelf life.
When you dine at one of the Serenbe restaurants it’s likely you’re eating something that was harvested on our farm yesterday or even this morning. Serenbe is home to three restaurants, The Hil, The Farmhouse, and The Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop. Each of these restaurants features our seasonal produce in their menus.
We’re excited to also have partnerships beyond our Serenbe community with some other outstanding chefs and institutions. If you are interested in having our produce in your Atlanta area restaurant please contact Ashley Rodgers at firstname.lastname@example.org, for availability and pricing.
Here are some of the restaurants where you can find our produce.
The Hil: The Hil features a seasonal, classic American menu created by executive chef/owner Hilary White. Chef Hilary’s diverse menu is guided heavily by produce from Serenbe Organic Farm located just around the corner from The Hil. Vibrant flavors of the ingredients, prepared simply and served at precisely their peak, tell this story and make each dining experience at The Hil distinctive.
The Farmhouse at Serenbe: The Farmhouse serves beloved recipes made with farm-fresh organic ingredients grown just steps away on the Serenbe Farms. The weekly-changing, a la carte menu is rich with Southern delicacies from Chef Thaddeus Barton, prepared in a style that highlights the flavor and nutrients of farm-fresh produce.
The Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop: The Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop is a casual neighborhood eatery serving a variety of breakfast items, classic sandwiches, salads, soup specials, and snacks. The bakeshop is stocked with scrumptious treats such as cupcakes, pies, cookies, and tarts.
